DESCRIPTION:McKinney Repertory Theatre (MRT) is proud to present our annual
  one-hour performance of “A Christmas Carol” (story by Charles Dickens\, a
 dapted by Dr. Andrew Harris).  Each season more people are discovering thi
 s timeless story\, in a way that only MRT can tell\, with families coming
  back every year making it a part of their holiday season tradition. The m
 iserly Ebenezer Scrooge is taught the true meaning and spirit of Christmas
  by ghosts who show him his own past and present. He is also shown what th
 e future holds for him if he doesn't change his ways. \nThis year will mar
 k MRT’s 17th production of Dr. Andrew Harris’ adaptation of “A Christmas C
 arol” and is being directed by Doug Latham\, Marilyn Latham\, Dale G. Gutt
 \, and Teresa Miller.  \nMcKinney Repertory Theatre (MRT) is a 98% volunte
 er\, nonprofit\, community theatre.  MRT is McKinney’s Official Community
  Theatre and is a resident company at McKinney Performing Arts Center in h
 istoric\, downtown McKinney.    \nTickets are $14.50 for adults\, $11.50 f
 or Seniors 55+\, $9.50 for children/students ages 4-18. Group tickets are
  available by calling the MPAC ticket office at (214) 544-4630.  \nThis sh
