 normal activity in the homes followed by a tour inside several of the hous
 es where guests will learn about the ghostly hauntings that happen. \nThe
  tour starts at the schoolhouse which is on the northeast side of the prop
 erty. \n Children under 12 are not permitted. \n Children 12-17 must be ac
 companied by an adult. \n This is a very popular tour with a limited numbe
 r of guests permitted per tour. Purchasing tickets in advance is highly re
