 oolhouse which is on the northeast side of the property. \n Children under
  12 are not permitted. \n Children 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
  \n This is a very popular tour with a limited number of guests permitted
  per tour. Purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended. \n Rain or
