Neon Unionis an up-and-coming duo ready to take country music by storm. Grammy-nominated country star Jimmie Allen brought Leo Brooks and Andrew Millsaps together. He heard the two perform separately and knew the two would make a great duo. Together, Brooks and Millsaps are bringing a new sound to country music with traditional country music lyric and anthemic pop melodies.
