Go & Be Perfect for kids and families to serve together!

The 2nd weekend of Go and Be kicks off this Saturday, April 30. Several churches under the 3e McKinney banner are partnering with Habitat for Humanity and the city of McKinney to send out hundreds of volunteers into the Mouzon neighborhood just south of Old Settlers Park to help repair homes and beatify the neighborhood.

“Go and Be speaks of the church moving into a neighborhood to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We minister to those who are unable to address home repair issues and we come along side others serving with them in neighborhood beatification projects like painting, landscaping, clean up and various home repairs.” Rafe Wright, Christ Fellowship’s Missional Life Pastor

Members of the community are invited to join us in serving our city and our neighbors to make a lasting impact. There are many opportunities to serve for families, skilled workers and ready hands to help! Registration begins on Saturday, April 30 at 7:30 am at the pavilion at Old Settlers Park on East Louisiana St. (across from Webb Elementary School). Wear appropriate clothes for painting and trash removal. Bring gloves.
