Divorce may bring about changes of hopes and dreams and the reconfiguration of life and family. The process of divorce is full of emotion and can result in disorientation. God heals, even the pain of divorce. Becoming One Again will help you sort feelings, process your thoughts, feel supported as you find hope and healing, and develop healthy steps toward rediscovering your life and becoming whole again.

Becoming One Again is open to men and women of the community for individuals at any stage of the separation/divorce process, as well as those who have been divorced up to three years but have not completed a divorce recovery program. The program will be facilitated by Sheri and Bill Shulenberger. Cost for materials is $20 and payment may be made at the first meeting. This eight-week program will meet on Wednesdays, April 8-May 27, 2015, from 7:00-8:30 pm. First United Methodist Church is located at 315 N. Church Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.

Childcare is available at FUMC-McKinney for children through grade six by making a reservation at least one week in advance of each class.
