Would you like to learn more about the plants that will be available at the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary's highly anticipated Spring Plant Sale before you arrive? Be sure to attend the Native Plant Society of Texas Collin County Chapter's April 2 meeting. Several of the rare species that will be available during the plant sale will be introduced. Members of NPSOTCC will also tell you about some of their favorite native plants. You're sure to walk away with a new appreciation for many wonderful native Texas plants! There will even be time for a few questions.
The Collin County Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) in Laughlin Hall at the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary in McKinney. There is a social time before meetings which start at 6:45 p.m. Guests are invited to join NPSOTCC at the monthly meetings. This program is free to the public.
