What: Living for Zachary is providing FREE youth heart screenings to any child between the ages of 12-22 at the Center for Advanced Cardiovascular Care at McKinney.

The Living for Zachary Heart Screening is a special screening program created and provided by The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano for youth ages 12-22 that can help detect heart abnormalities that may lead to Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).

This noninvasive screening package includes:

  • Electrocardiogram (EKG)
  • Limited Screening Echocardiogram
  • Blood pressure screening
  • SCA Risk History Questionnaire (AHA recommended)
  • Screening review and interpretation by board certified cardiologist

*The American Heart Association recommends screenings for SCA be performed every 2 years for ages 12-22.*

Who: Ages 12-22 (Parents MUST BE PRESENT for youth under 18.)
