A great time was had by all at the

McKinney Christian Academy

“Diamonds and Spurs” Dinner/Dance and Auction

Saturday, Feb.21st at Rock Creek Ranch

Over 200 people showed up in their denim and boots to enjoy dancing, and dinner from Hutchins Barbeque.

The live auction was great fun.  Some of the incredible items included: Two trips to Cabo San Lucas, a trip to the Stags Ridge Vineyard in Napa Valley, a chauffeured Bentley and Capital Grille gift card, a reserved parking spot by the MCA Student Life Center, a VIP membership and private wild game dinner at the Frisco Gun Club, and a hosted cabin stay in Stringtown, OK.  There were also tickets to the first TCU home game, Dallas Stars tickets, and framed artwork.

The silent auction had many beautiful themed baskets, jewelry, portrait packages, sports memorabilia, and much more.

Pogue Engineering won the raffle for a year’s tuition at MCA for the 2014-2015 school year.  The raffle was sponsored by Plexus by Celeste.

The evening raised over $80,000 in support of MCA’s educational program, specifically a campus security system and MCA van.

Pat Lobb Toyota announced they will be presenting a $1,250 scholarship to a graduating senior.

The auction committee wishes to thank all the sponsors that helped to make the “Diamonds and Spurs” event a great success!
