McKinney Marquettes Dominate at Competition!

The McKinney Marquettes have always proven to be a force to be reckoned with, overcoming obstacles and always pulling together in a time of need. They proved this recently at the Showtime DFW Area dance competition on February 22. The Marquettes were among multiple school and studio dance groups that gathered at Poteet High School in Mesquite for this annual event. The girls earned  individual distinctions as well as high marks in a number of group dance categories on their way to claiming the title of Contest Grand Champions in the Large Team Division. The Marquette Illusion Team also competed in one category and won a trophy for Best Medium High School ensemble.
