Westwood Professional Services, Inc., (Westwood) – Randall (Randy) P. Pogue, whom previously announced his filing for placement on the ballot in the election for Mayor of McKinney to be held May 6, 2017, has recently been acknowledged for his leadership abilities.  Westwood, the company that acquired Pogue Engineering & Development Company, Inc. at the end of 2015, has recently requested Pogue oversee the land operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth market on behalf of Westwood’s land division. The land operations include both the residential and commercial markets for the Westwood offices in Plano and McKinney. 

Bryan P. Powell, P.E., Vice President, Land Division, has recognized Pogue’s leadership abilities by inviting him to participate in the Westwood Executive Development Program, stating Pogue was “hand-selected and thought to be the best of the best for Westwood in terms of leadership.” The executive development program includes mentor/mentee involvement over an eighteen-month time frame.  There were 20 employees selected to be included in this executive development program out of approximately 330 total employees.
