Thanksgiving is almost here, and lots of people will be going on a road trip to see family!

Before you go:

Obviously we recommend getting your vehicle checked out. But a lot of people procrastinate and wait until the last minute to get it done. Let’s say you remember to squeeze it in a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Guess what? Everyone else has had the same idea! 

We want to make sure that we get you in and out as quickly as possible, so that you can take care of all the other things you need to take care of. So we recommend that you get your vehicle checked out now, the week before Thanksgiving, if at all possible. We are still taking vehicles to look at the week of Thanksgiving, but a lot of people are off work and out of school that week, and they’ll all be coming in that week! You want to get ahead of that rush if you possibly can! We want you to be in a safe vehicle for your travels.

If you're staying home: 

On the flip side, we also have many customers who stay in town over Thanksgiving. Maybe you’re the ones hosting this year, or your family is local. If this is you, this is a great opportunity for you to take care of repairs and maintenance that you’ve been putting off! We all get busy with work and kids and life in general, and sometimes that means we put off repairs and maintenance again and again. So if you are off the week of Thanksgiving, or the day before or after, it’s a great time to get those repairs done.

Always remember, if you’re still too busy to get your car in, we will pick it up for you! We’ll pick it up, bring it to the shop, get everything done, and deliver it back to you! That is a service we are happy to provide for you, because we know it’s a busy world. 

So if you’re going away for Thanksgiving get your vehicle checked out before you travel. And if you’re staying home for Thanksgiving, take advantage of the time to get those repairs and maintenance items done!
