In the wake of Black Friday’s launch into the shopping season is Small Business Saturday on November 28, 2016. Small Business Saturday encourages customers to get out of the big box stores and online outlets, and shop small. One McKinney storefront, Gray Living, the 4,000-square-foot home décor and lifestyle shop, will be keeping it’s festive doors open on Nov. 28, 2015 and it’s 1920’s sleigh on display as a free photo opportunity for families’ looking for a memorable holiday photo with family and friends while they shop local.

“Small Business Saturday is a different way to shop,” says Gray Living owner and Aidan Gray founder Randal Weeks. “It’s one of the best days to shop when you want a stress-free experience. We love getting the chance to talk with our customers and help them find exactly the gifts they’re looking for.”

Small Business Saturday falls on a weekend that will be filled with family festivities as part of Downtown McKinney’s Home for the Holidays celebration.

“It means a lot to be able to take part in everything going on during the weekend’s celebrations. Not only do we get to show people the small business difference, but we also get to support the community that supports us,” says Weeks.

In honor of the holiday and in support of Small Business Saturday, Gray Living is offering a discount of 30% on all items in store (candles excluded) through November 29th.
