Christ United Methodist Church Princeton finds permanent home on historic Main Street.

On Monday night, Princeton City Council approved Christ United Methodist Church Princeton’s request for a special use permit which allows them to officially move in to the vacant space at 310 Main Street in Princeton, TX. Previously home to Lander’s BBQ, CUMC will transform the historic space into local worship and community gathering spot.

Lead pastor, Cathy Partridge, says she is “excited about the opportunity that this space offers to touch the lives of locals in the heart of Princeton.” The space located directly across from the Memorial Park, will allow CUMC to hold larger community and worship events.

CUMC’s Ministry Center already occupies 316 Main Street to host youth events, childcare and community small group meetings throughout the week.

The new location is scheduled to open on Sunday, February 28 for 10:15 AM worship. For more information about the grand opening or new worship space, please visit cumcprinceton.com or contact Cathy Partridge
