Achievers Welcomes New Girls’ Team Compulsory Coach and Program Co-Director.

Achievers Gymnastics Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Jennifer Angel to coach and co-direct the USAG girls’ team compulsory program.  Jen brings a wealth of gymnastics knowledge and coaching experience to the Achievers’ competitive program.

“We are excited to welcome Jen to our growing Achievers coaching family.  We look forward to the expertise that Jen will bring to our program. I am positive she will help advance the level of both gymnasts and coaches at our gym” states Frank Kudlac, owner of Achievers Gymnastics Center.

Jen started coaching recreational gymnastics at the age of 17 at Impact Gymnastics in Mesa, Arizona in 2011. She then moved to Desert Devils Gymnastics and started coaching the competitive team.  Since 2018, she has been a member of the USA Youth Fitness Center coaching staff working with all levels of gymnastics including Preschool/Recreational, Pre-Team, Compulsory/Xcel and Optionals.

As an accomplished ex-gymnast, she competed for 10 years and went up through Level 10. After her gymnastics career, she switched to competitive diving for several years.   She also competed in the USAG TNT (tumbling and trampoline) program.

She also is proficient as a group fitness instructor, working with children through adults helping them reach their physical fitness goals.  Her specialty is youth fitness and Achievers looks forward to her expertise in this area.

In addition to her coaching, she instructed and trained the USA Youth Fitness instructors on proper coaching techniques, specific drills for skill acquisition, class management and lesson planning.

To quote Jen, “I am so excited about the opportunity to be working with the girl’s compulsory team and helping co-direct this program alongside Maggie Quy at Achievers. With a long history of gymnastics success as well as their experienced coaching staff, I'm looking forward to bringing my experience to the compulsory levels and helping to continue the gymnastics success that Achievers has established.”
