This Science teacher ROCKS!

McKinney Christian Academy Middle School Science teacher Sharon Boese has always had a love for space, and last week was a teaching dream come true. After attending a NASA certification class, Mrs. Boese was ":over the moon" to learn she had been approved to host a moon and meteorite collection here at MCA. The collection was on campus for a week and a half, and shared schoolwide! MCA had to take special security measures while the moon stones were on campus. Mrs. Boese said "It's pretty insane to have these rocks with me; it has been such an awesome opportunity." MCA is extremely grateful to Mrs. Boese for pursuing this opportunity for our staff and students!
