Golfers are invited to take part in the first annual Birdies 4 Belles golf tournament on Tuesday, April 10, at Canyon Creek Country Club in Richardson.

The tournament supports Belle & Sparrows, which ministers to women around the world through local and global projects.

“We have such a unique opportunity as women to reach and speak to other women. There is something extraordinarily special and foundationally connective when you can sit across from another woman and discover that we are much more similar than our outward appearance, a difference of circumstance or the distance of our homes. As women, our commonality is that we all long to see the best for our families and we, too, long to know that that we are seen, valued, and loved by God. That is the mission of Belle & Sparrows,” said Lynde Griggs, co-founder of Belle and Sparrows.
