One of the best things you can do for yourself this New Year is to focus on improving your health. Get started by attending the FREE For Women For Life event on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 8 am to noon at the Hilton Granite Park Hotel at 5805 Granite Parkway in Plano. The event is hosted by Baylor Scott & White medical centers at: Carrollton, Centennial, Frisco*, McKinney, and Plano; The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano*, and The Heart Hospital Baylor Denton*.

The event will also feature two physician discussion panels. “I’m a Mom – Now What?” will focus on women’s health and parenting-related issues. “Prioritizing Your Health in a Busy World” will cover general health and wellness for women.

For Women For Life will also feature screenings, healthy cooking demonstrations, health education booths and exhibits, continental breakfast, and much more!
