MAY 22 

FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION 

An 84-year-old resident of the 3000 block of Milton Avenue reported that her home care nurse made an unauthorized transaction from her checking account without permission a few weeks before. 


MAY 24

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE 

A 37-year-old man reported that his car was broken into while it was parked outside of the Cafe Brazil off Central Expressway. The burglary occurred around 1:00 AM and two cellphones, two laptops, and a briefcase were stolen from the vehicle. 

FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION 

A 47-year-old male resident of the 3600 block of Wentwood Drive reported that his identity was stolen between May 19 and May 24. 

THEFT OF PROPERTY 

A 41-year-old male resident reported that an unknown person cut the locks on two bikes on his property and stole them. The victim lives in the 3400 block of Mcfarlin Boulevard and states that the bikes were stolen between 7:00 PM on Tuesday and 4:00 PM on Wednesday.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE 

A 30-year-old man reported that an unknown person broke into his vehicle via the back driver's side window and removed property without consent while it was parked in the 6000 block of Preston Road. The burglary occurred between 7:30 PM and 8:54 PM and more than $2,000 worth of property was taken. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING 

A 62-year-old woman reported that she asked a known subject to leave her property in the 3500 block of Asbury Avenue and they refused to do so. Police arrested the subject for trespassing at approximately 11:00 PM. 


MAY 26

THEFT OF PROPERTY 

A 50-year-old woman reported that an unknown person stole her wallet from an office in the 6400 block of North Central Expressway. The theft occurred between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Thursday, and she reported the theft on Friday. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING 

A 42-year-old woman reported that a known subject refused to leave school property in the 4200 block of Emerson Avenue. Police arrived and arrested the subject for trespassing after the report came in at approximately 4:10 PM. 

THEFT OF PROPERTY 

A 24-year-old man reported that an unknown actor stole his cellphone while he was in the 2900 block of Mcfarlin Boulevard at approximately 2:14 PM. 


MAY 27

BURGLARY OF BUILDING 

A 50-year-old man reported that an unknown person broke into an office on the 3400 block of Asbury Avenue between 7:00 AM on Friday and 7:30 AM on Saturday. The suspect entered unlawfully after hours and stole money and property. 

MAY 28 

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE 

A 40-year-old woman reported that someone broke into her vehicle on May 19 and stole property worth more than $2,000. The burglary occurred between 8:00 PM on May 19 and 7:00 AM on May 20 while the vehicle was parked outside of her residence in the block of 3300 Colgate Avenue.
