JULY 11

BURGLARY OF HABITATION 

At approximately 11:00 AM, police officers responded to the 4200 block of Livingston Avenue where a bicycle was reported stolen. The victim and homeowner advised that between July 8 and July 11 at 10:00 AM  an unknown subject entered his habitation and removed his mountain bike without consent. 

THEFT OF PROPERTY 

A police officer responded to the 4300 block of Southern Avenue to address a reported theft. The victim stated that he believed packages were being stolen from the front porch of his residence by an unknown suspect. 


JULY 16

BURGLARY OF HABITATION 

At approximately 1:06 PM, police responded to a reported burglary of a house on the corner of Arcady and Roland Avenues. The house has been listed for sale for several months. The owner/builder of the home was accompanied by his wife and a realtor when he entered the house and noticed the alarm keypad had been ripped from the wall. There were damaged areas and items missing throughout the house.
