On April 21, thousands of young adult readers will flock to the Irving Convention Center for a day full of books, author signings, speakers, and general literature love. The festival hopes to inspire a life-long appreciation for reading in teenagers and young adults while celebrating the important themes in popular literature and writing styles.

There will be several author panels featuring big names like Renee Ahdieh, Becky Albertalli, Leigh Bardugo, Holly Black, Sarah Rees Brennan, Cassandra Clare, Gayle Forman, David Levithan, Morgan Matson, and so many more. Drop by the convention center to have them sign a copy of your favorite novel or to hear some of them lead interesting discussions about teen literature.

Admission to the festival is free and doors open at 8:00 AM. There are also events taking place on April 20 for educators only. To learn more about the event, who will be attending, and the day's schedule, visit www.northtexasteenbookfestival.com today. Happy reading, everyone!
