From August 9 to August 12, the Gaylord Texan is going to be home to the "Woodstock of gaming." Ever since 1996, QuakeCon has been bringing gamers from around the world together to celebrate upcoming games, play in tournaments, engage in workshops and learn about new technology. The best part? The festival is free and open to gamers of all levels. 

This year, a crowd of at least 10,000 is expected to attend QuakeCon.
