Food truck fare is on the menu at Trinity Falls, giving foodies a chance to fall in love with a variety of mobile eats from 5-8 p.m. Fridays in August.

A rotating roster of rolling restaurants will be parked at The Club, 7801 Trinity Falls Parkway, serving up everything from pizza and barbecue to gourmet popsicles and shaved ice.

“This is the first time we’ve hosted an event like this and we are very excited about it,” said Jim Baker, Trinity Falls general manager. “Trinity Falls is the perfect setting for Food Truck Fridays. People will be able to enjoy a tempting array of menu items with friends and family at our beautiful pavilion. It should be fun for everyone.”

Rounding out the evening will be a DJ, a bounce house for the kids, lawn games and other activities. Three food trucks will be on hand each Friday. Scheduled trucks include:

Aug. 4 — Ruthie’s Rolling Café, Tikiz Shaved Ice & Ice Cream and Chicago’s Taste & More

Aug. 11 — Aunt Shirley’s Chicken & Waffle Truck, Rick’s BBQ and SkewU

Aug. 18 — 7 Sisters, Eggstand and K K’s BBQ

Aug. 25 — Mamitas Taco Truck, Pop Stars Retro VW Bus and Yummy Pizza Food Truck
