Del Webb at Trinity Falls Opens Information Center, Reveals Pricing

The information center for a Del Webb active adult neighborhood in Trinity Falls has opened, showcasing designs priced from the $230,000s.

The fully staffed facility at 817 Lost Woods Way will serve as the builder’s sales center until a model home opens. Pre-sales are expected to begin in the spring.

Del Webb also revealed pricing for homes in the 127-acre enclave where it is the exclusive builder.

Buyers will be able to choose from 10 floor plans, ranging from 1,300 to 2,600 square feet, with 2 to 3 bedrooms and an array of customizable options to complement active adult lifestyles.

In addition to open floor plans and luxury master suites, designs will boast features of particular interest to the 55+ crowd, including under cabinet lighting, raised dishwashers, no-step showers and laundry rooms just off the master suite. Multi-level curved countertops in the island kitchens encourage casual entertaining.

“Del Webb has more than 59 years of experience serving the active-adult buyer,” said Robert Ditthardt, General Manager of Trinity Falls. “They build quality homes where adults age 55 and older can thrive — that makes them the perfect partner for Trinity Falls.”

Upon completion, the age-restricted community will contain 537 single-story homes.

The accompanying amenity complex will include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse; fitness center; a swimming pool with lap lanes and lounging areas; a hot tub; ample poolside seating; and courts for pickleball and bocce ball.

Homeowners also will have access to the numerous amenities found in Trinity Falls including the clubhouse, beach-entry pool and B.B. Owen Park with 12-foot-wide hike-and-bike paths along the forest’s edge, disc golf, two lakes, a dog park and amphitheater.
