Trinity Falls Touts No HOA Dues For One Year

(McKinney, TX, Feb. 21, 2019)   —            Trinity Falls is picking up the tab on homeowners association dues for buyers purchasing move-in ready homes.

From now until March 31, customers purchasing select available inventory homes in the McKinney area community will have their first year’s HOA dues paid in full. Del Webb sales are not applicable.

“This is a great opportunity for buyers — especially those that want to move quickly,” said Robert Ditthardt, general manager for the community. “HOAs maintain amenities and keep communities beautiful. That, in turn, raises property values, which means your home is worth more. Even better, they aren’t limited to one builder. This promotion allows them to choose the builder and home that suits them best.”

Eight builders offer homes in the Johnson Development master-planned community, including Ashton Woods, Chesmar Homes, Del Webb, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Meritage Homes, Perry Homes and Plantation Homes. Homes in Trinity Falls are priced from the $300,000s.

Residents also enjoy a number of amenities that are maintained by the Trinity Falls HOA such as The Club, a recreation complex that includes a beach-entry pool, splash pad, clubhouse, open-air pavilion with fireplace and a sunset terrace as well as numerous parks, playgrounds and a forested trail section.

The 2,000-acre community is located just northwest of McKinney, which is considered one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. For more information visit, https://www.trinityfalls.com.
