Trinity Falls Awards $1,500 Airline Voucher

Trinity Falls has made the holidays brighter for one area couple, awarding a $1,500 airline voucher as part of its Home for the Holidays Sweepstakes.

Jeff and Veronica Kuenzle won the prize by visiting a model home in Trinity Falls and registering for the drawing. The pair had visited the Ashton Woods Homes model in the community, located just northwest of McKinney.

“The contest winner was selected in a completely random drawing, but it turns out they were in Trinity Falls to purchase a home — which they did,” said Jessica Zeeb, marketing coordinator for the community. “So we’ll be seeing a lot more of the Kuenzles at our many resident events.”

The general public was invited to visit any of Trinity Falls’ nine model homes Nov. 1 to Dec. 10 to register for the airline voucher. The winner was selected in time to make arrangements for holiday travel this year if they wanted, Zeeb said.

“The sweepstakes really was designed to both invite people to see the Trinity Falls homes and lifestyle and to give them an opportunity this holiday season to reconnect with loved ones who live far away,” she said.

Eight builders including Ashton Woods, Beazer Homes, Emerald Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Meritage Homes, Perry Homes and Plantation Homes currently offer homes in Trinity Falls. The single-family homes are priced from the upper $200,000s to more than $600,000.

Named the 2016 “Master-Planned Community of the Year” by the Dallas Builders Association, the nearly 2,000-acre Trinity Falls offers buyers an amenity-filled lifestyle featuring The Club, a recreation complex with a beach-entry pool, open-air pavilion with a fireplace, a sunset terrace and event lawn where residents gather for events planned by a full-time lifestyle director.
