&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;POCOLA, Okla. (Jan. 2, 2025)- &lt;/strong&gt;Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito is taking over Seven Ponies inside Choctaw Casino &amp; Resort  Pocola in February!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DiSpirito is a James Beard award winning chef whos published 14 books, including three New York Times best sellers. Hes appeared on Dancing with the Stars and Guys Grocery Games, as well as hosting Roccos Dinner Party on Food Network.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DiSpirito is known for making delicious, health-conscious recipes that are accessible to everyone. His latest cookbook, Everyday Delicious was published in April.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DiSpirito will be hosting a four-course meal inside Seven Ponies Restaurant at Choctaw Casino &amp; Resort  Pocola on Friday, Feb. 7 and Saturday, Feb. 8 with seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. each night. Tickets are $125 per person and can be purchased &lt;a href="https://www.ticketmaster.com/celebrity-chef-rocco-dispirito-restaurant-take-pocola-oklahoma-02-07-2025/event/0C006183E79334B9"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. All guests will leave with a copy of Everyday Delicious.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DiSpirito will make appearances in the dining room throughout the evening, while also working with Choctaws chefs to prepare delicious dishes. The meal will start out with Jamon Iberico de Montaraz followed by a tuna crudo and paccheri pesto rosso with Argentine red shrimp and basil. There will also be roasted baby lamb chops with a sour mustard glaze, and the meal will end with a basque cheesecake with and Amarena cherry cocktail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DiSpirito is the third chef to host a restaurant takeover at Choctaw Casino &amp; Resort  Pocola, with Alex Guarnaschelli and Jet Tila kicking off the celebrity chef series.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chefs Tiffani Faison and Maneet Chauhan are next up, with Faison hosting a takeover on April 4 and 5 and Chauhan hosting on May 2 and 3. Faison is the owner of Big Heart Hospitality restaurant group and is a judge on Food Networks Chopped. Chauhan is also a judge on Chopped and the owner of Indie Culinaire, a culinary and hospitality company.&lt;/p&gt;
