The Ghostly Hauntings at Chestnut Square Every 3^rd Saturday, 8:00 PM 10:00 PM

Tour is a 2-hour tour in the dark of the historic homes at Chestnut Square. The tour starts with audio and video clips of paranormal activity in the homes followed by a tour inside several of the houses where guests will learn about the ghostly hauntings that happen.

The tour starts at the schoolhouse which is on the northeast side of the property.

Children under 12 are not permitted.

Children 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.

This is a very popular tour with a limited number of guests permitted per tour. Purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended.

Rain or Shine, No refunds. Rescheduling may be approved with advanced notice.

Celebrate 10 years of wine, music, and community at the McKinney Wine & Music Festival presented by Park Place Acura! Join us on Saturday, October 24, from 2 PM6 PM at District 121, McKinney's Entertainment District, for an unforgettable afternoon of wine tasting, live music, shopping, and more.

Your Wine Tasting Pass ($45) includes a souvenir wine glass (durable hard plastic) and 20 tasting tickets to enjoy wines at 15 unique tasting stations throughout the festival.

The McKinney Monster Dash 5K, Presented by Texans Credit Union, is back on Saturday, October 31, 2026!

???? Join us at Bonnie Wenk Park to kick off Halloween morning with a spooktacular 5K full of fun, costumes, and community spirit! Dash to the finish line to claim your Monster Dash finisher's medal and enjoy a complimentary TUPPS beer! Festivities begin at 8:00 AM, and the race kicks off at 9:00 AM!

Your registration includes entry into our chip-timed 5K, the official Monster Dash t-shirt, a custom race bib, and our signature finisher's medal! Costumes are encouraged to make this morning even more spooktacular. A portion of the event proceeds proudly supports our nonprofit partner, The Warriors Keep.

CASH prizes will be awarded to the Top Overall Male and Female racers during our awards ceremony! The Awards Ceremony begins shortly after the race!
