We are a nonprofit organization building new homes and revitalizing older residences. We also operate a ReStore, which sells new and gently-used building materials, furniture, lighting and much more to support the building efforts. We use volunteers and in-kind donations to provide adequate, affordable housing for low-income individuals who could not otherwise obtain mortgages. Homeowners must perform 300 - 500 house of sweat equity, have good credit, no felony convictions and be able to make a monthly mortgage payment of approximately $500 to purchase a Habitat home.
